This is not a PC repair shop, this is on-site at a client location.
One of our clients had a warehouse area with computers on a rack they wanted me to check out. I just liked how nice and tidy the result was after all of the diagnostics were completed, so I took a picture.
I believe that this is what technicians should strive to make a completed work area look like (or better!). Uniformity and the ability for any tech or non-techie to come behind you and figure out exactly what is going on is what makes a job well done.
You probably can’t see it in the picture, but each of the notes has technical details, and then it has “GOOD” or “BAD” for non-technical staff such as management to get an idea of what is going on with each machine as well.
